Antibacterial and Antiviral activity of our 100% cotton EOC fabric has been proven in international laboratories. Test reports are attached. EOC is safe with the application of completely natural minerals as nanocomposite material on natural fiber cotton. EOC does not pose a respiratory hazard as it does not contain heavy metals such as silver ions and also synthetic fibers. Even if cotton fiber reaches the lungs, it is easily thrown away or dissolved because it is a natural fiber. The main features of our masks, which are produced with EOC technology and all documented with scientific test reports;
It has Antiviral (6/2020 Hohenstein/Germany) and Antibacterial ( 7/2019 SGS Hong Kong ) test reports.
It is antiallergic and compatible with your skin with PH 5.5. It does not contain carcinogenic substances such as AZO group and especially Formaldehyde.
It contains D-Vitamin, Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc between 1.28 and 1.94 ppm with a positive mineral effect. This combination has many features that increase your quality of life with mental health, bone health, blood sugar control, support on the immune system.

Organic dye process is applied with completely organic dyestuff

EOC has a fire retardant feature. For your safety, we should mention that synthetic masks have a high risk of sticking to the skin with exposure to fire.
Self-cleaning; It is realized by the photo-degradation mechanism with the high photocatalytic effect of the nanocomposite. With the nanocomposite we prepared in our study, a self-cleaning fabric was created within the scope of odor and antibacteriality. With this process, various functional groups such as C-O, C=O, -O-C=O, -COH and -COOH are formed on the fabric surface. This is accomplished by the reaction between active oxygen species. The odor and microbial particles held by the surface are decomposed by this effect.
As a result of the test carried out in PAU laboratories, it was determined that our EOC technology lost only 10% of its properties after 70 times of washing at 60 °C for 45 minutes. It was determined that 90% EOC Nanocomposite ratio remained constant between 50 washes and 70 washes.
It is an eco-friendly product obtained by using 100% sustainable resources and production techniques.
1) “EOC Standard Mask” features made of 100% cotton knitted fabric;
It consists of two layers of 100% cotton knitted fabric. Organic dyestuffs are used in the dyeing process.
High breathability: It provides a high level of breathability with an average of 2.2 PA/cm2 (according to TSE599, the accepted value is expected to be below 60 PA/cm2). Thus, it minimizes the frequently heard carbon dioxide poisoning. Tested standard ISO EN 14683 2019+AC. Especially in summer, high breathability makes the use of masks easier.
Particle Filtration: As a result of the test performed according to ISO EN 14683 2019+AC, the BFE (Bacteria filtration efficiency) result above 3µ is 84% on average. According to TSE599, the expectation is that this result will reach 90%. In this sense, our standard two-layer EOC mask, despite its high breathability, is very close to the desired result.
Our standard EOC mask is produced with the optimized form of CEN CWA 17553, AFNOR and TSE599 standards and patterns.
In general, the preferred behind the ear is produced with soft comfort rubber. S–> Child, M–> (Woman) and L–> (Male) sizes provide optimal face fit.
2) Features of “EOC TSE599 Mask” made of 100% cotton woven fabric;
It consists of two layers of 100% cotton woven fabric. Organic dyestuffs are used in the dyeing process.
Breathability: Provides moderate breathability with an average of 45 PA/cm2 (according to TSE599, the accepted value is expected to be below 60 PA/cm2). Thus, it minimizes the frequently heard carbon dioxide poisoning. Tested standard ISO EN 14683 2019+AC. Especially in summer, high breathability makes the use of masks easier.
Particle Filtration: As a result of testing according to ISO EN 14683 2019+AC, BFE above 3µ The result (bacteria filtration efficiency) is 91% on average. According to TSE599, the expectation is that this result is over 90%.

3) Features of “EOC M98 Mask” consisting of 3 layers;
EOC M98 Mask, which consists of 3 layers, in addition to the “EOC Standard Mask” features, the inner and outer layers are 100% cotton – Intermediate layer consists of 70% Polyester – 30% Polyamide microfilament non-woven fabric. The 100% cotton EOC knitted fabric on the inner and outer layers prevents your contact with the EOC M98 Mask, which provides high protection, and the synthetic protective interlayer.
Breathability: M98 provides a low level of breathability.
