In addition, employees prefer to work in workplaces that attach importance to social responsibility. For this reason, it will be of great benefit for companies to follow CSR strategies as they need to attach importance to such issues in order to be more successful as well as the future of the world and humanity. CSR has four areas. These are philanthropic responsibility, environmental responsibility, ethical responsibility, and economic responsibility.
As Evteks, we adopt CSR. In this context, in order to protect our environment, our aim is to use recycled products and recycle waste, to manage and minimize waste, and to eliminate situations that may harm our environment, such as using energy efficiently. At the same time, it is very important for us to train our employees on these issues. As a sponsor, especially in the field of sports, we continue our activities in order to emphasize the importance of sports in terms of human health, and we develop products that will contribute to human health. While we give importance to contributing to the country’s economy by choosing local businesses to purchase the necessary materials in the production of most of the products we produce, we pay attention to fair pricing for our customers. In addition, we ensure that our employees work in a peaceful environment by paying attention to issues such as equality of opportunity, safety at work, respect for business rights, etc. By paying attention to these issues, it is our most basic desire to satisfy both our employees and customers and also to make our world beautiful.
Transparency
Transparency is the presentation of non-confidential information of companies to the public in a timely, interpretable, easily accessible and most importantly accurate manner. It is a very important factor in gaining people’s trust. As EVTEKS, we are proud to ensure that information is shared accurately and clearly. Recycle
Today, one of the areas that cause the most pollution is textile. Therefore, the recycling of used products is gaining importance day by day. Textile wastes are processed into reusable products by obtaining raw materials. This recycling is one of the practices that play an effective role in reducing the carbon footprint. In this way, while protecting natural resources and the environment, energy savings are also achieved. Recycling is also of great importance at Evteks. One of our most important goals is to use recycling in our productions in order to contribute to reducing the carbon footprint in our productions.
Green Energy
Green energy (Renewable energy) is the energy created by utilizing natural resources. The most important feature of these energies is that they can renew themselves quickly. It is obtained from Wind, Solar, Hydroelectric and Geothermal sources. As Evteks, we use these resources as green energy certified (YEK-G) in our factory in order to protect our nature and not harm our environment.
Rainwater Harvesting
It is the use of rainwater by accumulating instead of flowing away. In our factory, rainwater harvesting is carried out for use in cleaning and toilets. Thus, water consumption will be reduced.
Social Responsibility
We continue our activities in order to contribute to people and beautify the environment with our social responsibility projects. We encourage these activities not only for ourselves but also for employees and other communities. We also spread awareness of social responsibility to our environment.
